During the month of March & April many of our Senior Rooms have been focusing on the importance of Healthy Lifestyles. Each day we work toward maximizing our level of health and wellness to live long, full, and healthy lives. The pursuit of health, personal growth, and improved quality of life relies on living a balanced life. To achieve balance, we need to care for our mind, body, and spirit. Please feel free to ask the staff to show you the Health Boards they have created with the children. They all did a great job!
